A core focus of this role is partnering the Head of Communications & Branding to deliver integrated communication programs that elevate employee engagement, enable operational clarity and readiness, and strengthen the visibility as a world‑class global capability centre for the company 1. Internal Communications

• Plan and deliver internal communication campaigns supporting business priorities, people initiatives, operational updates, and transformation programmes. • Develop content for internal channels (newsletters, Town Halls, leadership messages, intranet, digital signage, videos). • Create messaging and materials for senior leaders (video scripts, talking points, presentations, leadership notes). • Ensure communications foster a transparent, inclusive, and informed workplace. 2. COO Communications Enablement (Key Stakeholder: COO Team)

• Partner with COO team (Service Delivery, Workplace & Facilities, Site Operations) to design and execute operational communications that improve clarity, safety, and continuity—e.g., floor moves, facilities updates, site services, maintenance/downtime notices, service readiness, business continuity, and change/release communications. • Establish comms SOPs, templates, and runbooks for incidents, planned works, and service announcements; drive timely, audience‑appropriate messages across channels. • Coordinate incident communications cadence (initial alert, updates, resolution, post‑incident note) and facilitate after‑action reviews to capture and implement communication improvements. • Translate operational changes into clear employee‑friendly narratives, FAQs, and “how‑to” guidance to reduce friction and support adoption. 3. External Communications & Employer Branding

• Execute employer brand initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen market presence. • Develop external content (social media, PR inputs, talent branding collateral, leadership visibility content). • Ensure all external assets reflect design standards, tone of voice, and identity. 4. Brand Governance

• Steward India’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring alignment with Group standards. • Review and approve brand assets, internal collaterals, and partner‑produced materials. • Support brand campaigns and drive consistency across on‑site, digital, and people‑engagement touchpoints. 5. Content Development

• Draft high‑quality written content: articles, leadership messages, campaign copy, video scripts, digital content, employee stories. • Maintain an editorial calendar and collaborate with stakeholders for timely delivery. • Curate content showcasing company India’s culture, capabilities, and community impact. 6. Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with People & Culture, Risk, Tech, Operations, Finance, DCO, COO Office, Talent Acquisition, and other teams to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. • Manage relationships with creative partners, vendors, and agencies as needed. 7. Program & Campaign Management

• Lead and execute multi‑channel campaigns from concept to delivery, including measurement and reporting. • Support major organisational events (Town Halls, Connect Sessions, leadership visits) and culture‑building initiatives. • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, sentiment) and drive continuous improvement. Success Measures

• Operational comms effectiveness: On‑time delivery vs. agreed SLAs, reduced escalations due to comms gaps, improved colleague clarity and action‑ability (survey/feedback). • High‑quality, timely delivery of communication programs across internal and external channels. • Measurable improvements in employee engagement and campaign performance. • Strong alignment tobrand s tandards and tone of voice. • Increased visibility and recognition of India’s employer brand. • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders, and leadership. Essential

• 8–14 years in corporate communications, branding, internal communications, employer branding, or related fields. • Exceptional writing and storytelling, with adaptable tone and style. • Experience running multi‑channel campaigns in large/global organisations. • Strong brand governance and creative content development capability. • Ability to manage multiple projects with speed, clarity, and accountability. • High stakeholder management capability, including confidence engaging senior leaders and internal stakeholders. Preferred

• Experience in BFSI, technology centres, or global capability centres. • Experience crafting social media and leadership visibility content. • Good if they have experience in incident / change / BCM related communications.
