Responsibilities ： Achieve targets within the allocated budget of regional marketing Achievement of sales and market share target Control local marketing expenses. within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI Maximize the potential responsibility of regional marketing Implement central marketing activities and projects to ensure marketing strategy localized and fully implemented Collect, analyse and report regional market trends According to center marketing strategy and local market share, draw up market plane of targeted To assist central project execute in region Work closely with sales team to develop regional marketing strategy. Maintain and develop national and regional KOL to ensure marketing strategy endorsed by local KOLs. Coaching and training sales team in product knowledge update. Qualification and Experience ： Solid market insight and business understanding Effective portfolio management capability Strength in concrete business planning and execution Effective cross-functional influence and collaboration Ability to perform well under pressure.
