About this role
What you will do Working Foreman must be skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of ten (10) years actual, five (5) of those years must be chiller related, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, electrical, plumbing, pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry. A self-starter who must be able to lead a team of approx. 10-15 field technicians. Interaction with both internal and external customers, attention to detail in quoting jobs, scheduling technician hours, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position.
