1) GENERAL DESCRIPTION Secure and govern the strategic partnerships required to establish a credible integrated healthcare, academic, research, digital and innovation ecosystem. The role will convert high-level relationships into executable agreements carrying clear commercial, academic, clinical and value-realisation milestones.
2) JOB DESCRIPTION International Healthcare Partnership
• Deepen collaboration with a leading international academic medical institution across clinical pathways, education, research, specialist collaboration, data initiatives and technology validation.
• Ensure all extensions remain within existing contractual, brand, clinical and governance requirements.
Genomics, Digital and Technology Partnerships
• Lead selection and negotiation with global genomics, precision-medicine, cloud, artificial-intelligence and digital-health partners.
• Secure appropriate platform access, capability transfer, in-kind support, joint development arrangements and regulatory-pathway assistance.
Innovation and Venture Ecosystem
• Select venture, accelerator and co-investment partners capable of supporting enterprise capability, commercialisation, leadership development and ecosystem access.
• Develop partnership structures that combine local institutional capability with international networks rather than dependence on a single provider.
Government and National-Agenda Alignment
• Develop engagement briefs and collaboration arrangements with relevant ministries, agencies and regulators.
• Align the enterprise with national priorities in precision medicine, artificial intelligence, research, talent development, investment and health tourism.
Academic and Public-Institution Collaboration
• Negotiate a master collaboration framework with universities, teaching hospitals, research institutes and public healthcare institutions.
• Establish joint governance, domain working groups, shared programmes and joint-appointment mechanisms.
Partnership Governance and Value Realisation
• Implement a common partnership scorecard, partner forum, milestone register and value-realisation framework.
• Ensure no memorandum or agreement proceeds without accountable owners, deliverables, timelines, governance and measurable value.
Industry and Commercial Partner Pipeline
• Build the pipeline for anchor industry, research, technology and innovation partners in collaboration with the commercial workstream.
• Coordinate senior-level engagement, due diligence, negotiation, approvals and relationship transition into business-as-usual ownership.

3) JOB REQUIREMENT Education
• Bachelor's degree in business, international relations, healthcare, life sciences, public policy or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in business, healthcare management or a related field is advantageous.
Knowledge and Experience
• At least 10 years in strategic partnerships, international business development, academic collaboration or government affairs within healthcare, life sciences or technology.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating with international healthcare institutions, universities, technology providers and government agencies.
• Track record converting strategic relationships into binding agreements and measurable programmes.
• Experience operating across public, private, academic and industry stakeholders.
• Strong cross-cultural, diplomatic and senior-stakeholder engagement capability.
