About this role

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for AHS students, teachers, parents and staff; welcoming everyone and providing information and support • Managing schools' transportation for students and teachers • Coordinating incoming & outgoing correspondence; maintaining correspondence journal • Daily monitoring of the school event calendar and communicating the upcoming events to students / teachers / staff • Welcoming / guiding expected guests • Ad-hoc simple office support to teachers & guests • Collecting and processing office orders • Being part of school event team and participating in the events at request of the line manager Our requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills • Competent IT skills, including an understanding of the Microsoft Suite.

Optional

• Experience of working in a school or other international environment is desirable though not essential
