Job Summary Position Overview: The Supply Chain Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Supply Chain team to ensure the efficient execution of planning, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for maintaining supply chain data, processing system transactions, monitoring inventory and material movements, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting the timely availability of materials to meet business and operational requirements.

The Supply Chain Administrator serves as a key liaison between Planning, Warehouse, Operation, Quality, Finance, Logistics and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow, effective execution of supply chain activities, and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities: • Coordinate with all the stakeholders such as Warehouse, Operation, Quality, Logistics, and suppliers to support material availability and resolve supply chain issues. • Support material planning, inventory replenishment, and supply continuity activities to meet operational requirements. • Maintain planning parameters, master data, and system records within SAP/ERP systems. • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, material transactions, and inventory accuracy. • Track material shortages, identify supply risks, and escalate issues as appropriate. • Prepare and distribute inventory, shortage, material status, and supply chain related reports. • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), supplier qualification, and supply chain improvement initiatives. • Ensure timely and accurate processing of planning and supply chain transactions, documentation, and system updates. • Assist in resolving invoices, goods receipt, inventory, and order-related discrepancies. • Support audits, compliance activities, and records management in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Maintain departmental records, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. • Proficiency in SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills and Competencies: • Knowledge of supply chain, material planning, inventory management, and procurement processes. • Experience using SAP, ERP, MRP, or other planning systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. • Experience in manufacturing, medical device, or regulated environments is an advantage. • Knowledge of inventory control, purchase order management, and supplier management processes is an advantage. • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to support process optimization initiatives.

Physical Requirements (if applicable): • This position is primarily office-based.

Position Overview: Ensuring the security, tracking and accountability of materials and goods required for inventory control. As well as ensuring shipment transactions are promptly entered into Microsoft Dynamics/AX in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures and following through on all material movements in order to guarantee they are handled in accordance with applicable FDA and cGMP procedures.

Responsibilities: • Coordinate corrections of shipment errors through Customer Service. • Order Processing. • Pull and pack materials. • Check all orders to ensure accuracy. • Communicate with freight carriers regarding daily bills of lading. • Prepare shipping documents if necessary. • Perform general duties including FedEx processing, cycle counts, housekeeping, stocking, safety and maintenance. • Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills and Competencies: • Minimum 1 year experience in Distribution, Receiving, or Manufacturing Support environment. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/AX Software preferred but not required. • Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office. • Must be extremely service, internal customer, and detail-oriented. • Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Must have excellent attendance. • The ideal candidate is highly motivated, is a proactive problem solver, self-starter that can work both independently and in a team environment with minimal. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift and transfer up to 30 lbs. • Know how to operate a pallet jack.
