Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers. we are seeking an Intern for a 6-month internship beginning in October 2026. Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.
Your tasks:
· Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed. · Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools · Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines. · Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations · Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks. · Detect administrative anomaly, operational risk or malfunction that could impact the data quality of our file.
Your profile:
Education:
· 3+ year degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Law · Experience in financial services is a plus
Languages:
· English and French are essential, any other language will be an advantage
Personal skills:
· Flexibility and autonomy. · Dynamic and initiative. · Good organizational skills and attention to detail. · High degree of flexibility and multitasking. · Sense of discretion and confidentiality. · Team spirit. · Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
