• Lead account identification, territory mapping, customer profiling, and account prioritization across target industries. • Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to generate actionable business intelligence. • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hoovers, Forrester, and eSpatial to gather and analyze market data. • Develop and maintain market intelligence reports, dashboards, and insights to support sales and industry strategies. • Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teams. • Manage, coach, and develop a team while driving performance and collaboration. • Ensure customer and market data is maintained accurately and in compliance with data privacy regulations. • Support strategic initiatives by identifying growth opportunities and emerging market trends. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in market intelligence, sales operations, business development, or a related field. • Prior people management experience preferred. Required Skills
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. • Advanced analytical, research, and data interpretation skills. • Strong understanding of account planning, sales processes, and market intelligence. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
