About this role

Supplies Business Analyst Description - The Supplies Forecasting & Analytics team provides the Print business with driver-based business outlook and analysis that support both long and short-term decision making and planning. We are looking for a talented professional to join our Supplies Forecasting team as a Supplies Business Analyst to play a critical role in developing and maintaining key models and solutions.

This is a global role and involves managing the business data and models to help shape and optimize the business strategy. Specific responsibilities include

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models, analytics pipelines, and reporting processes that support Supplies revenue forecasting, business planning, and strategic decision-making.

• Track, measure, and improve forecast accuracy by comparing actuals vs. forecasts, defining key metrics, and performing root-cause analysis to close performance gaps

• Perform ongoing analysis to generate insights that support business decisions, planning cycles, and executive updates

• Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and translate data into clear, actionable insights

• Support business planning by leveraging historical trends and forecast outputs to inform operational and financial plans

• Drive efficiency by automating and streamlining forecasting processes using standard tools and technologies

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across forecasting models, systems, and outputs

• Contribute to analytical projects and initiatives by providing structured analysis, insights, and recommendations to support key business priorities

Education & Experience Recommended

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically, 4–7 years of experience in forecasting, analytics, or a related field; or an advanced degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in data-driven modeling and business analysis

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
