Why This Role?
• Batcher position based out of Dalby. • Hourly rate: ranging from $35.03 to $37.90 depending on experience. • Overtime: time and a half after 8 hours, double time after 10 hours. • 45 to 55 average weekly hours, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work as needed. • Enjoy daily variety with batching support, loader work, stock take, and yard duties. • 10-day comprehensive training program for all new starters.
Position Duties:
• Batcher in charge • Operating the front-end loader (loader experience preferred). • Completing stock takes. • Performing pre-start checks. • Yard duties which include general site maintenance and housekeeping. • Staff rosters and allocation of duties. • Supporting purchasing activities. • Ensuring safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.
About You
• A current Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain). • Good computer skills; SAP or batching experience beneficial but not essential. • External operator experience for maintenance or heavy TFRs (preferred but not essential). • Strong organisational and time‑management skills. • Ability to adapt to change quickly and follow processes and procedures. • Safety‑first attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean, presentable truck.
