Job Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the Injectable Aesthetics (IA) Business Unit. This role contributes to sustainable business growth across the existing portfolio and new product launches by strengthening customer engagement, identifying market opportunities, and fostering long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Business & Brand Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage commercial forecasts and VM processes. • Develop short- and long-term portfolio and brand strategies by identifying customer needs, product value propositions, and market opportunities. • Create and implement operational plans and tactical initiatives that support portfolio growth, strengthen brand positioning, and contribute to sales and market share objectives in Hong Kong. • Coordinate new product launch readiness activities in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. • Optimize channel and promotional activities through effective resource planning to meet customer needs and brand objectives. • Work closely with sales teams and relevant stakeholders to gather customer insights, understand market dynamics, and identify opportunities and challenges. • Share relevant customer, product, market, competitor, and industry insights across the organization. • Monitor brand performance and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. • Support, develop, and coach marketing team members in alignment with Galderma's values and commitments. Key Duties
• Contribute to strategic planning and operational excellence through activities such as MRP, ABP, VM, Marketing Operating Plans, POA, segmentation and targeting, and S&OP. • Partner with cross-functional teams and other business units to support cross-selling opportunities and the IDS model. • Develop and implement integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives and promotional materials. • Support the commercialization of new products by collaborating with regulatory, market access, sales, and marketing stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. • Establish effective systems and processes for KOL and key customer engagement. • Lead customer segmentation and targeting initiatives to improve customer experience and business outcomes. • Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with external agencies and partners. • Monitor business performance and market trends, taking timely action to support achievement of business objectives. • Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies, industry regulations, and local guidelines. • Partner with sales teams to identify training and development opportunities that enhance capability and performance. • Communicate relevant customer feedback, market trends, success stories, and competitive developments across the business. • Foster effective collaboration with sales teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external agency partners.

Education & Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline. • Understanding of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, medical device, or aesthetics regulatory environments. • Strong knowledge of core marketing principles and their practical application. • Understanding of marketing processes within complex healthcare organizations. • Ability to collaborate with scientific, medical, commercial, and functional stakeholders on strategic initiatives. • Understanding of product development and commercialization processes. • Knowledge of general business principles and evolving market trends within the aesthetics industry.
