The opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Engineer, based in Karaganda.
What you need to succeed:
• Experience in the machining industry.
• Experience using measuring instruments and equipment.
• Proficient in computer applications and specialized software.
• Experience working with laser scanners and other measurement equipment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications, and to prepare and work with reports and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of materials science (metallurgy/material properties).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
What you will do:
• Perform incoming inspection of materials, components, and equipment.
• Conduct measurements of parts and assemblies using inspection and measuring instruments.
• Monitor the quality of machining processes and component repairs.
• Perform product inspections in accordance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality requirements.
• Use laser scanners and other measurement equipment to verify dimensional and geometric accuracy.
• Analyze inspection results and prepare relevant quality reports and documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with production personnel to prevent, identify, and resolve quality issues.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within quality control processes.
