Overview:
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end import quota operations, including quota planning, application control, utilization tracking, and process improvement. This position will support accurate quota management across each importer and help ensure that import operations are managed effectively under changing regulations and business requirements.
Primary Duties
• Manage end-to-end import quota operations, including planning, application control, and utilization tracking for each importer.
• Ensure accurate and timely quota management through manual tracking and improve operational accuracy to prevent business impact.
• Identify and resolve quota-related operational issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and drive implementation of effective solutions.
• Monitor and improve quota management processes, including standardization and efficiency improvement of manual operations.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting related to quota application, quota acquisition, utilization status, and remaining quota balance.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align quota planning with business needs, shipment plans, regulatory requirements, and importer responsibilities.
• Support risk mitigation by identifying potential quota shortage, overuse, delays, or compliance issues in advance and escalating them to management as needed.
• Perform other logistics, import/export, or supply chain related duties as assigned by leadership and management.
Skills Required
• Min. 5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export operations, customs, or related fields.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manage large volumes of operational data accurately.
• Experience in process management, operational control, and manual data tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across functions and follow up until completion.
• Business-level communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulations, business needs, and operational priorities.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Knowledge of Indonesian import regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience working with government authorities or regulatory compliance matters.
• Experience with quota, license, permit, or regulatory document management is advantageous.

Qualifications/Requirements (min requirement to fulfill the position)
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export operations, customs, quota management, or regulatory compliance preferred.
• Experience handling operational data, reporting, tracking sheets, and cross-functional coordination.
