About this role

The Fee Strategy Operations team is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and diligent Program Manager to drive cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) execution for fee and incentive launches across Amazon's worldwide marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—partnering with Fee Strategy, Product, Operations, Legal, Seller Communications, and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of fee/incentive changes to Sellers globally. Our environment is fast-paced and demands a self-starter who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity across multiple teams, partners, and levels of management. You will own end-to-end program delivery, understand business problems at a strategic level, and have the ability to prevent or mitigate the consequences of poor business decisions. As the program owner, you will look at the bigger business picture, drive outcomes by understanding relevant business requirements, and deliver results with minimal oversight. Key job responsibilities Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Management Partner with worldwide cross-functional teams to align GTM strategy, timelines, and deliverables for fee and incentive launches and changes. Collaborate closely with Fee Strategy Product Managers to understand GTM requirements, translate them into actionable work-backwards plans, and drive execution of GTM activities across all fee/incentive types. Act as the primary liaison between Fee Strategy and WW partner teams—Country Fees POCs, GPO, Legal, Seller Communications, Reporting, and Operations—to track, report, and monitor launch readiness, central content readiness, country teams' readiness, announcement plans, and cross-team alignment. Develop working-backwards plans and establish mechanisms to track, monitor, and report on GTM execution and launch readiness. GTM Execution & Content Management Identify and deliver updates to Seller-facing communications (SeCe), partnering with Country Fees POCs and partner teams to prepare and align on internal content and readiness for launches and changes. Manage end-to-end delivery of content updates for BRDs, TRDs, ARDs, Help Pages, Paragon SOPs, and country/partner teams' internal readiness for all fee/incentive types, following the GTM Launch Playbook. Maintain a centralized repository of Seller-facing content resources and internal launch documentation, managing ongoing content updates throughout the year while ensuring accuracy and version control. Process Development & Operational Excellence Build and implement program mechanisms to drive GTM execution, collect Seller Voice of Seller (VOS) feedback, define program performance metrics, synthesize insights, and share actionable summaries with product teams. Perform fee/incentive change validation activities, report observations and discrepancies to Product and Tech teams, and drive resolution to closure. Program Leadership Execute high-priority, cross-functional, high-impact projects self-sufficiently with minimal oversight. Solve complex, ambiguous problems independently by applying sound judgment, data-driven analysis, and structured thinking. Identify process gaps and proactively propose scalable solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. A day in the life As a Program Manager II in Fee Strategy Operations, you operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. Your day involves leading cross-functional syncs with Fee Strategy PMs, Country Fees POCs, GPO, Legal, Seller Communications, and Operations to align on launch readiness, resolve blockers, and confirm content and announcement timelines across regions. You manage hands-on deliverables—reviewing and updating Help Pages and Paragon SOPs in the centralized content repository, tracking program documentation completion and updates, performing fee change validations against Seller-facing surfaces, and escalating discrepancies to Tech/Product teams for resolution. Equally, you invest time in building scalable mechanisms—developing work-backwards plans for newly approved fee/incentive changes, synthesizing Seller VOS feedback into actionable insights for product teams, and refining the GTM playbook based on lessons learned from prior cycles. You independently manage ambiguity across 6+ partner teams spanning multiple geographies, drive cross-functional alignment without authority, and deliver results with minimal oversight—balancing strategic coordination with operational rigor every single day.
