Job Description Job DescriptionTo perform all Superintendent duties for high-rise apartment building. The position is responsible for all repairs assigned by the Property Manager. These tasks include: Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances, Paint, Repair drywall, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Day, Weekend Compensation: Base salary, accommodation, benefits. Work Setting: Apartment/condominium complex Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling Work Location Information: On site staff accommodation provided, 1 parking space, utilities included. Location: Ottawa Center, Ontario Qualifications Experience: Minimum High school education required with 1 year experience in a superintendent roll.
