• Work with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle • Ensure we maintain our high level of guest satisfaction • Monitor leads and schedule appointments with customers • Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing sales/purchase contracts, explaining/offering warranties, services, and financing • Demonstrate vehicle features by explaining characteristics and capabilities • Prospect to increase sales volume • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base • Follow all OMVIC & MVDA regulations Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields • Working knowledge of automotive sales at a dealership. • Ability to multitask and bring enthusiasm daily. • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills • Deadline and detail-oriented • Valid OMVIC license in good standing. • Ontario Driver's license. • Second language is plus (i.e. Mandarin, Spanish, French)
