About the Role As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with commercial property owners, restaurant operators, and business decision-makers throughout the GTA.
Your responsibilities include:
• Prospecting new commercial clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals • Scheduling and conducting site visits • Preparing and presenting service proposals • Following up on leads and closing recurring service agreements • Maintaining accurate records within our CRM • Representing the True North Pest Control brand professionally at all times Compensation
First 4 Weeks - Probationary Period The first four weeks are a probationary period designed to evaluate your sales ability, work ethic, and commitment.
• Commission-only position • No salary or hourly wage • 12.5% commission on every new commercial account you close • Full sales training, mentorship, scripts, and product knowledge provided
After Successfully Completing Probation Sales representatives who successfully complete the probationary period and meet performance expectations become eligible for:
• A base salary • Commission increases up to 20%, based on performance • Performance bonuses and additional incentives • Career advancement opportunities within the company There is no cap on commissions-your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.
Performance Expectations To remain in good standing, representatives are expected to:
• Close a minimum of 15 new commercial accounts each month • Maintain consistent daily prospecting activity • Professionally represent the company in the field • Build long-term relationships with business owners and property managers • Consistently update customer interactions and opportunities in the company CRM
