The Role
As a Part-Time Pharmacist, you will:
* Provide safe, accurate, and efficient prescription dispensing and verification. * Counsel patients and provide individualized medication advice. * Assess and prescribe for eligible minor ailments in accordance with Ontario regulations. * Conduct medication reviews and other clinical services. * Administer vaccinations and injections as authorized. * Support diabetes management and other chronic disease initiatives. * Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and other healthcare professionals. * Maintain a high standard of patient care and professionalism. * Contribute positively to our team culture and the continued growth of the pharmacy. * Help build lasting relationships with our patients and the community.
What We're Looking For
* Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the *Ontario College of Pharmacists*. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail. * A genuine commitment to patient care. * Ability to work independently while being a strong team player. * Previous community pharmacy experience is preferred. * Compounding experience is an asset but *not required*.
