As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience. Your expertise in eyelash application and retail sales will contribute to the overall success of our salon.
*Duties*
* Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction with every service. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. * Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service offerings.
*Experience*
* Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of eyelash extension techniques, products, and aftercare. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively. * Experience in upselling services or products in a retail environment is a plus. * A background in customer service is essential for creating a positive salon atmosphere. * Previous front desk experience is beneficial but not required.
