Position Summary
M. Caucci Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking *Gardener / Garden Maintenance Worker with a real green thumb* to join our team.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with *flowers, plants, shrubs, and gardens* and takes pride in making outdoor spaces look beautiful.
The role is focused mainly on *garden maintenance, planting, weeding, detailing, and beautification* at residential properties in Westmount and downtown Montreal. You will work as part of a small crew and follow the direction of an experienced Crew Leader.
_*Main Responsibilities*_
* Weed and maintain flower beds and garden areas * Plant flowers, annuals, perennials, plants, shrubs, and bushes * Help select the appropriate placement and care of plants * Prepare and maintain garden beds * Trim, prune, and clean plants as required * Remove weeds, dead flowers, leaves, and garden debris * Mulch and maintain garden areas * Help keep gardens colourful, healthy, clean, and attractive * Identify plants that may need additional care or attention * Assist with seasonal planting and garden preparation * Follow the daily direction of the Crew Leader * Work closely with other members of the gardening team * Keep client properties and work areas clean and presentable

We are especially interested in someone who has a *green thumb* and naturally enjoys caring for plants and gardens.
The ideal candidate:
* Enjoys working with flowers, plants, and gardens * Has some previous gardening, landscaping, horticulture, or plant-care experience * Has a good eye for colour, detail, and presentation * Understands basic plant and garden care * Takes pride in making gardens look their best * Notices when plants need attention * Is willing to learn more about plants and gardening * Is reliable, punctual, and hardworking * Works well as part of a small, close-knit crew * Is comfortable following the direction of a Crew Leader * Enjoys working outdoors * Is physically capable of regular garden maintenance work
Work Environment
This position involves working outdoors at residential properties primarily throughout *Westmount and downtown Montreal*.
The work is centred around *flowers, plants, garden beds, and beautification* rather than heavy landscaping construction.
