*Qualifications*
* 2nd year apprentice with transport trailer CVIP ticket or the ability to obtain one. * Experience working on double drop, flat deck, heated van trailers is an asset * Class 1 license will be an asset * Working experience on Kenworth, Volvo and Western star will be an asset.
*Responsibilities*:
* Inspect vehicles, trucks, and related equipment to locate and determine the extent of necessary repair. * Perform general repair work on fleet. * Perform preventive maintenance and required repairs on the fleet to ensure good working conditions either independently or in consultation with his/her manager * May be required to conduct on-site service calls * Duties as assigned
*Skills and Abilities:*
* Perform a variety of duties in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing trailer fleet * Good attitude and ability to follow instructions. * Ability to prioritize work as necessary * Must be organized and detail oriented * Computer literate
