The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of farm machinery. This role involves operating heavy equipment, performing maintenance tasks, and supporting the overall efficiency of our farm operations. * Work Language: English * Hours: can vary up to 60 hours per week * Experience 2years minimun * Operate various types of heavy machinery and farm equipment safely and efficiently * Plant crops * Harvest crops * Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance * Use hand tools, power tools, and basic math skills to complete repair and installation tasks * Conduct heavy lifting as required to move materials or equipment around the farm site * Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
*E*quipment and Machinery Experience
* Tractor * Seed Drill * Combine * Haying equipment * Swather * Sidsteer * Mechanical knowledge with experience in maintaining farm machinery and power tools * Prior experience in agriculture or related fields is preferred but not mandatory * Strong attention to safety protocols and operational procedures
