*Job Description *
* Greet, welcome and take customers? orders; receive cash and tenders changes * Assist with early guest complaints and notify supervisor/manager on duty immediately * Use oven and other equipment to prepare/warm food for the walk-ins or per order of the supervisor/manager * Clean work tables, cabinets and appliances, remove trash and empty kitchen garbage containers * Clean, unwrap, slice and trim foodstuffs by means of manual and electric appliances * Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food * Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cooking and kitchen staff * Maintain sanitation of the restaurant including floors, tables, ledges, and counters * Maintain awareness with menu items and special
