```Duties``` - Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning - Manage and supervise a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support - Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure adequate stock - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner - Implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed store targets - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
```Skills``` - Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and store management software - Experience in conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates - Proven track record in achieving retail sales targets and driving revenue growth - Familiarity with payroll processes and ability to manage employee schedules effectively - Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong negotiation and selling skills to maximize profitability - Detail-oriented with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Previous experience in retail management is highly desirable
