*Rodd Moncton Hotel* is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our *Front Desk* Team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Welcome, register, and assist guests in a courteous and efficient manner while following Rodd Hotels & Resorts Standards * Provide exceptional guest service and respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns * Accept, confirm, modify, and cancel reservations while communicating relevant information to other hotel departments * Maintain accurate guest accounts and follow established guest credit and payment procedures * Maximize room revenue by identifying opportunities to recommend room types, rates, packages, and hotel services * Maintain a strong knowledge of the hotel, amenities, packages, events, local attractions, and other Rodd properties * Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience * Maintain Front Desk supplies and equipment and ensure the work area remains organized and professional * Respond appropriately to emergency situations in accordance with hotel procedures * Complete other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors or management
*KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS*
* Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills * Positive, professional attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people * Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities * Comfortable using computers and adaptable to use new software; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is an asset * Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset but is not required * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Pay: From $18.04 per hour
