*Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused *Sales Representative* to join our team. The successful candidate will work primarily in our showroom, assisting customers with their window covering needs and providing professional product recommendations.
_This role involves welcoming customers in the showroom, answering phone calls and inquiries, preparing quotes, following up with customers, and processing day-to-day orders. _The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, be comfortable working independently, and have a genuine interest in sales.
Experience in window coverings, home improvement, interior design, or a similar consultative sales environment is an advantage.
*Duties*
* Welcome and assist customers in the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable window covering products and solutions. * Explain product features, materials, options, pricing, and available configurations. * Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process. * Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide timely follow-up. * Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to develop sales opportunities. * Process and manage day-to-day customer orders accurately. * Coordinate with customers, installers, and internal team members regarding orders and scheduling. * Maintain accurate customer and order information in the company's system. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Handle customer questions and concerns and help resolve issues professionally. * Meet individual and company sales goals. * Stay up to date on products, fabrics, window covering options, and company promotions.
*Experience*
* Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. * Experience in window coverings, blinds, curtains, shutters, home improvement, interior design, or a similar industry is an advantage. * Strong and fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Comfortable answering phone calls and communicating with customers in person. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to prepare quotations and process orders accurately. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. * Previous experience with CRM, POS, order management, or similar software is an advantage. * Additional language skills are an advantage but not required.
