We're looking for a *Part-Time Line Cook* to join our busy, family-owned pub. We're proud of our positive workplace, supportive team, and the quality of the food we serve. If you're reliable, enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, and take pride in what comes off your station, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and cooking menu items to a consistently high standard * Working efficiently during busy service while maintaining quality * Assisting with prep and maintaining excellent knife skills * Keeping your station clean, organized, and food-safe * Working as part of a fun, professional, team-oriented kitchen
What We're Looking For
* Minimum *2 years of line cooking experience* * Strong prep and knife skills * Able to stay calm and organized under pressure * Positive attitude and dependable work ethic * Passion for quality food as many of our menu items are made from scratch * Available to work *days, evenings, weekends, and holidays* * Must currently live in the Nanaimo area
