Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Dusty. Hot. Tasks: Greenhouse cleaning. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Maintain work records and logs. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Operate machines and equipment. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
