About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements. Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments. Employment terms options: Early morning. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Day. Support for newcomers and refugees: Assists with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: housing, transportation, storage, childcare, winter clothing, etc.). Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers .
