About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Install exterior prefabricated products. Install interior prefabricated products. Professionalism in customer service. Determine layout and installation procedures. Document and prepare invoices and work orders. Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations. Utilize hand and power tools. Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
