Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recruit staff. Supervise staff. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees. Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
