Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Read blueprints and drawings. Leading/instructing individuals. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations .
