Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Perform preventive maintenance. Perform routine maintenance. Operate, maintain and repair deck equipment. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Ensure transport compliance with regulations.
