Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional client service and support to a diverse portfolio of corporate banking clients
• Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with bank policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall client experience
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline client interactions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric initiatives and strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
• Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative mindset and a team player, with a willingness to contribute to cross-functional initiatives
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and a passion for continuous improvement
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
