For this particular role, we are looking for a strategic, versatile and highly collaborative team player to support CRESA's planning, transformation and engagement agenda. Working closely with CRESA leadership, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, develop executive-level materials and strategic narratives, and lead programmes that strengthen organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and business outcomes. RESPONSIBILITES Here are the list of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Strategic Planning & Transformation 1. Develop executive decks, leadership updates and strategic narratives that support CRESA priorities and decision-making 2. Drive cross-functional initiatives across CRESA teams, ensuring alignment, governance and effect stakeholder engagement 3. Partner stakeholders to shape and execute communication efforts that advance CRESA's strategic objectives and brand
People Engagement & Culture 1. Understand the different persona journeys within the team, develop plans to engage various personas – from new joiners to long-serving team members, taking inspiration from the DBS organisation framework 2. Analyse feedback and partner with the CRESA leadership to build action plans 3. Lead and rally the MyVoice / People Engagement team to execute events and activities with other MyVoice team members regionally, and develops action plans based on gaps and results to achieve 4. Support the design and delivery of engagement surveys when needed, and prepare and send communication materials for dept’s event and activities 5. Plan and execute people engagement/department engagement events, including celebrations, volunteering (POP) etc.
Learning & Development Culture 1. Work with DBS HR learning partner on developing Future-Ready roadmaps for all varied personas in the team, catering to the specified and varied personas in the CRE team – from project managers, engineers to employee services experts 2. Design and implement a holistic learning development strategy (online, physical etc.) that supports individual career growth and organizational needs beyond the roadmap, focusing on developing a learning culture for the long term 3. Partner with CRESA heads to identify skills gaps and deliver learning solutions that are relevant and timely
Talent Management You will be working with the Team Lead of People Development to: 1. Build and manage succession planning frameworks 2. Partner with DBS HR and support the CRESA leadership on alerting on key milestones like performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and talent calibration 3. Develop and scale mentoring and coaching initiatives to support leadership and employee development, e.g. train managers to be effective coaches.
Workforce Planning & Administration 1. Governance and budgeting for headcount and expenses for Singapore 2. Maintain up-to-date excel list of all permanent and CWF workforce 3. Track up-to-date staff movements monthly, maintain up-to-date organisation charts for reporting
Measurement & Evaluation 1. Use data and track program impact using dashboards and scorecards (e.g., learning ROI, engagement scores, readiness metrics) for all programmes/initiatives as shared above 2. Share actionable insights with CRESA leaders to inform talent strategies and decision-making 3. Use data and measurements to proactively plan upcoming programmes and people development strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in community engagement, L&D, talent development, or organizational development roles.
• Strong project management, facilitation, program design and organizational skills
• Proven track record of building and scaling people engagement and development initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Detailed and meticulous with strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in GenAI tools
