Job Title Personal Assistant - Client Site - AiroliJob Description Summary As a Project Administrator with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Hiring Manager and project teams. • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records. • Support with scheduling meetings, interviews, and calendar management. • Manage follow-ups on action items and deadlines. • Attend meetings and capture accurate minutes (MoM). • Track key decisions, actions, and follow-ups from discussions. • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and summaries. • Draft, review, and format professional emails on behalf of the Hiring Manager. • Assist in internal and external stakeholder communication. • Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication across teams.
