Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Adelaide. This is a permanent opportunity supporting a diverse portfolio of healthcare, aged care, commercial and residential facilities across metropolitan Adelaide. The Opportunity Working within a highly regarded facilities management team, you'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a range of client sites. No two days are the same, with exposure to a variety of building services, asset maintenance programs, and project works.
Key Responsibilities
• Planned maintenance and asset lifecycle replacements
• Reactive and emergency plumbing repairs
• Fault finding, diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Minor project and improvement works
• Maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards
• Building positive relationships with clients and site stakeholders
• Participation in an on-call roster
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Current Plumbing Licence
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a maintenance plumbing environment
• Experience working across commercial, healthcare, aged care, or facilities management environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Current Manual Driver's Licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly Regarded
• Experience with Rinnai, Rotex, Zip and pump systems
• Gasfitting Licence
• Backflow Prevention Accreditation
• Roofing and Guttering experience
• Working With Children Check
