Our people make all the difference in our success. The Staffing Coordinator role is responsible for scheduling and timekeeping for staff. The schedule for this position is set schedule: 9a-9p (M,T,W)/9a-9p (Thur/Fri)". This schedule is alternating weeks.
Essential Job Function:
• Schedules staff according to department needs and departmental scheduling procedures/guidelines. • Communicates with all staff regarding staffing and scheduling needs. • Collaborates with leadership regarding necessary staffing changes to maintain productivity needs. • Maintains up to date contact lists for contacting purposes and ensures leaders have this information while maintaining confidentiality for staff. • Maintains master schedule. • Works with leadership to accurately create and publish master schedule timely in keeping with department guidelines. • Maintains record of PAL requests and ensures approval before incorporating into schedule. • Identifies gaps in schedule. • Coordinates staffing schedules for orientees. • Works with leaders to schedule orientation for all new staff. • Provides timekeeping support. • Verifies employee time records in accurate manner and takes action for needed corrections. • Educates staff on use of timekeeping system. • Maintains staff records to ensure regulatory compliance.
Education:
• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent. • Preferred: Associate's Degree. . Experience:
• Required: 1 - 3 years' progressive secretarial experience. • Preferred: Previous staffing /scheduling experience.
Licensure/Certification/Listing:
Work Shift : Evenings/Weekend Rotation (United States of America) On Call Required No FTE: 0.75 Job Type: Benefit Eligible (20-39) Hours/Week
