About this role
Reporting to the Manager, HR Digital Products & Capabilities, you will support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday and related Human Resources technology platforms. You will serve as a key responder for system issues, providing configuration support, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and customer support to ensure Human Resources systems remain accurate, reliable, and easy to use. You will partner with Human Resources teams and end users to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, support Workday releases and enhancements, and contribute to Human Resources technology projects that improve processes, reduce manual work, and strengthen the overall employee experience.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary responder for Workday and Human Resources technology issues, triaging, troubleshooting, resolving cases through Workday Help and ServiceNow, and providing responsive support to Human Resources teams and employees during system issues, outages, and enhancement requests.
• Perform day-to-day Workday configuration, security administration, business process maintenance, and system updates while researching configuration options, evaluating enhancement requests, and recommending solutions that meet business requirements.
• Partner with Human Resources stakeholders and end users to understand business needs, translate requirements into practical technology solutions, identify process improvements, reduce manual workarounds, and better leverage existing Workday functionality.
• Support system releases, upgrades, implementations, module launches, and acquisition or divestiture integration activities by assessing impacts, defining test criteria, coordinating and executing testing, ensuring quality assurance, and communicating relevant enhancement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation for configuration, security, support processes, business processes, training materials, and communications while assisting with project planning, design, development, implementation, and project management activities.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment through agile ceremonies, continuous professional development, knowledge sharing, peer support, and a commitment to quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; or 1 to 3+ years of equivalent experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resources technology, or Human Capital Management systems support.
• Hands-on Workday experience with a focus on Human Capital Management configuration, business process design, and system maintenance; Workday certification or equivalent hands-on proficiency strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting Human Resources systems testing, including user acceptance testing for system changes, releases, or implementations, and working knowledge of at least one Workday functional domain, including Recruiting, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, Benefits, or Compensation.
• Familiarity with case management and ticketing platforms such as Workday Help, ServiceNow, or equivalent, and exposure to agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based team workflows.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience manipulating and extracting data while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security standards.
• Experience working effectively in a team-based environment with a strong customer service orientation toward Human Resources and business stakeholders.

Compensation Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
