As a Production Technician in our Allentown, PA facility, you will keep operations running smoothly by operating equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. This hands‑on role is essential to delivering the trusted products consumers love while supporting our reputation for excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Do for Us
• Operate production equipment in accordance with established safety guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and standard operating procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products.
• Perform in‑process quality testing to validate product specifications and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the production cycle to minimize downtime and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and clean manufacturing equipment and work areas, including tanks, piping, conveyors, and ancillary systems, in alignment with company GMP standards and sanitation requirements.
• Support material flow by loading raw materials, staging components, and moving finished products in and out of production lines using forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
• Conduct inspections of production and warehouse areas to confirm safety protocols and operating policies are followed consistently.
• Collect and record accurate data on production yields, material variances, and process metrics to maintain clear documentation and compliance with Coca‑Cola Quality System requirements.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities by identifying potential equipment issues and escalating concerns to maintenance teams as appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with peers across shifts and functions, sharing information to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth production flows.
• Apply problem‑solving skills to identify process deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented without compromising safety or product quality.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by recognizing opportunities to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and reliability in daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts when needed.
• Proven track record of punctuality, structured work habits, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of production systems and warehouse operations, including safe forklift operation and basic material handling.
• Capability to lift and move objects up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with a production environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and address equipment issues or escalate appropriately.
• Familiarity with data entry, recordkeeping, and production documentation processes.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to work across functional teams in a unionized environment.
