About this role

Job Description Summary:

As an Engineering Stores Specialist based on-site at Coca‑Cola Ballina, you will play a key role in maintaining the availability and accuracy of critical spare parts and materials that keep our Operations operating at their best. This is a hands-on, plant-based role that combines inventory management, technical coordination, and close collaboration with maintenance, production, and finance teams. What You’ll Do for Us

• Source spare parts and negotiate pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. • Receive, inspect, and correctly store deliveries within the engineering stores. • Set up and maintain material master data in SAP, including prices and reorder levels. • Process goods movements and manage returns for repair or refurbishment. • Perform monthly cycle counts and resolve any inventory discrepancies promptly. • Maintain organized records of supplier quotes, purchase documentation, and monthly metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—maintenance, production, warehouse, and finance—to ensure smooth plant operations. • Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice or freight queries.

Requirements & Qualifications

• National Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years’ experience in inventory, engineering stores, or plant-based manufacturing operations; food or pharma experience is an advantage. • Strong working knowledge of SAP (materials management and maintenance) and MS Office tools. • Basic understanding of engineering parts and components to manage vendor and technical team interactions. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. • Ability to work in a compliance-driven environment with audit and reporting requirements. • Digital fluency and ability to use data to improve accuracy and efficiency.
