As an Associate Procurement Quality Analyst, you will support supplier performance management through data-driven analysis, digital automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role focuses on leveraging procurement and supplier data to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and support decision-making across the supply network. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, digitally savvy, and passionate about transforming data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze supplier performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to support procurement and supplier quality objectives. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor supplier performance, quality trends, and operational KPIs. • Utilize Power Automate and other digital tools to streamline reporting processes, automate workflows, and improve data accuracy. • Work with incoming inspection, assembly, testing etc. related functional team to drive sample validation according to sample validation plan, strictly follow up and try to complete sample validation within requested timeline, and share validation result with project team in time. • Collaborate with procurement, supplier quality, and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support operational decision-making. • Conduct root cause analysis on supplier performance issues and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions. • Support supplier performance reviews through data collection, validation, and presentation of key findings. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging analytics, automation, and visualization tools. • Ensure procurement and supplier-related data integrity and support governance requirements.
Required Skills/Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization. • Experience using Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
• An engineering or manufacturing major or mechanical/ electrical components/ assembly manufacturing knowledge will be preferred. • Quality basic knowledge or experience will be preferred. • Experience working in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, quality, or manufacturing environments. • Knowledge of supplier performance management, supplier scorecards, or procurement reporting. • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Query, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools. • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and root cause analysis techniques. • Experience supporting digital transformation, process automation, or business intelligence initiatives. • Knowledge of ERP platforms such as SAP or similar enterprise systems.
