• Experience • 8+ years • Background: Automotive / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering
Responsibilities • Applying lean manufacturing principles to assist with the implementation of efficient and competitive logistics solutions. • Coordinating with engineering, manufacturing operations, and supply chain functions to define critical parameters and develop plans for process control and improvements. • Developing and maintaining the internal logistics process engineering standards, knowledge, and tools; Assuring their implementation in current and new operations. • Evaluating logistics processes and workflows, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for process-related concerns.
• Must Have • Experience in warehouse / plant layout design • Strong in material flow & POU concepts (JIT, kitting, supermarket, sequencing) • Hands‑on with layout tools (AutoCAD / Visio) • Exposure to automation (conveyors / AGV / ASRS preferred) • Ability to do capacity & flow calculations • Greenfield / brownfield projects
• Key Skills • Warehouse design (layout, storage, flow) • Line‑side / POU design • Cross‑functional coordination (ME, Ops, Vendors)
• Good to Have • Lean / Six Sigma • SAP / WMS exposure •
