Role Summary Strong Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across the UAE while supporting regional hiring initiatives. The role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract top talent, deliver exceptional candidate experience, ensure recruitment governance, and support key People Operations activities.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, advise on recruitment strategies, and manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication. • Provide recruitment support for regional hiring initiatives, as required, in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TA CoE), and business leaders to ensure consistent recruitment practices, talent pipelining and high-quality hiring outcomes. • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and future hiring requirements. • Own the Workday Recruitment module, ensuring accurate management of requisitions, candidate records, approvals, offers, onboarding activities and recruitment workflows. • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal approval processes, compensation governance, employment legislation and company policies. • Source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels, ensuring alignment with technical, behavioral and organisational requirements. • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, feedback, offers and pre-employment activities including reference and background checks. • Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare recruitment reports and identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness. • Support employer branding initiatives and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
People Operations
• Manage recruitment administration activities, including offers, contracts, onboarding, inductions, Workday updates, reporting and recruitment documentation, while ensuring data integrity, compliance and continuous process improvement. • Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to provide meaningful hiring insights and support informed business decisions. • Lead the planning, coordination and administration of learning and development activities, including training communications, logistics and record management, to deliver an effective employee learning experience.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. • 5+ years' Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within financial services, banking, cash management or other regulated industries. • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries is preferred. • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruitment and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. • Excellent sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and professional networks. • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruitment metrics and reporting. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
