Job Summary: Plans, supports, implements, coordinates, monitors, documents and sometimes leads tasks, activities and initiatives related to ethics and compliance projects and programs.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Provides system administration support, training and team coordination of the department's SharePoint sites, Alert line/Case Management System and other departmental systems/tools. • Compiles status reports, coordinates and maintains schedules, and provides calendar and project updates. • Identifies, collects and formats the appropriate data to prepare analyses, updates and reports. • Serves as liaison with other functional areas to remain apprised on status of initiatives. • Keeps ethics and compliance office team members aware of user issues and potential adverse impacts. • Coordinates the scheduling of, and monitors and manages records regarding, compliance-related training and activities. • Provides support, coordination, planning and project management in the development of compliance-related training and communications. • Coordinates the processes relating to key ethics and compliance office initiatives such as compliance questionnaires and surveys, the annual Safe Harbor Recertification, ethics and compliance communications, and development/delivery of compliance trainings. • Drafts process- or initiative-related documentation and communications, as requested. • Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience:
• Typically less than 2 years with bachelor’s or equivalent
Education and Certification(s):
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
