About this role
JOB PURPOSE In conjunction with head of core functions such as Commercial/Digital/HR, leading the Digital learning development team to design and develop enabling solutions with strategic plan for improving continuously. It’s expected to upskill sales force with the behaviors to success in innovative commercial model to exceed target, develop stronger and industry leading digital learning solutions to enhance learning efficient, and also develop the trainer digital capability to improve learning effectiveness.
