About this role
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes. • Verify guest age and identification to ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations. • Accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions. • Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, and venue policies. • Restock bar supplies, liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, cups, and ice throughout shifts. • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary in accordance with responsible alcohol service guidelines. • Keep bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary at all times. • Work efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service. • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and cleaning duties. • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies. • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth event operations. • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
