Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy & Policy or related field from an HEC-recognised university or ACMA,ACA,ACCA,CIMA,CFA. Experience conditions: - Investment banking OR mergers & acquisitions (M&A) OR valuation OR restructuring. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organisations are preferred. Job Description: - Support analysis of privatization frameworks, sector reforms, and institutional performance. - Assist in assessment and profiling of public sector entities for privatization or restructuring. - Support development of performance indicators, benchmarks, and governance tools. - Assist in financial modeling, business analysis, and preparation of background notes. - Contribute to drafting policy briefs, analytical notes, progress reports, and presentations. - Support inter-ministerial coordination and information exchange with regulators, advisors, and stakeholders. - Assist in monitoring progress of strategic initiatives and tracking implementation milestones. - Support engagement with development partners by preparing analytical inputs and documentation. - Maintain records, databases, and analytical repositories related to strategy and policy work. - Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
