Academic Fields OR Professional Certifications: Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field from an HEC-recognised university or CPA, FCMA, FCA, FCCA, CIMA, or CFA. Experience conditions: - Insurance industry OR financial sector OR mergers & acquisitions OR regulatory affairs. - International qualifications/experience and recent experience in similar-level positions in other organizations are preferred. Job Description: - Manage approved privatization transactions end-to-end, ensuring timely, compliant, and transparent execution. - Collect, analyze, and assess data on assigned entities/assets, including ownership, financials, liabilities, legal standing, and operations. - Conduct and coordinate preliminary due diligence and prepare analytical reports in line with approved templates and procedures. - Develop and present transaction execution strategies, including in-house execution or engagement of Financial Advisors and consultants. - Evaluate and recommend optimal transaction structures, and review transaction structures proposed by appointed advisors. - Formulate and implement transaction plans with defined stages, activities, milestones, and timelines. - Prepare and coordinate key transaction documents such as Information Memorandums, bidding documents, SPAs, JVAs, and related agreements. - Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for the Privatisation Commission, CCoP, and other relevant forums. - Review Financial Advisor deliverables, track milestones, and recommend validation and payments. - Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of transaction documentation. - Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
