As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the daily operations of the store by leading team members, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and helping drive store performance. You'll work alongside the General Manager to create a positive work environment while ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and quality products.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading and supervising team members during assigned shifts.
Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns.
Maintaining company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Managing cash handling, deposits, and inventory control.
Assisting with scheduling, labor management, and staffing needs.
Coaching, training, and developing team members.
Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
Monitoring store performance, productivity, and profitability.
Opening and closing the store as scheduled.
Completing required paperwork, reports, and daily operational tasks.
Assisting with food preparation, customer orders, stocking, and cleaning as needed.

General Duties
General duties include, but are not limited to:
Operating all store equipment safely and efficiently.
Preparing food according to Domino's quality standards.
Receiving and processing customer orders.
Managing inventory and completing required paperwork.
Stocking ingredients and supplies.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assisting in all areas of store operations as needed.
Training
Paid, on-the-job training is provided. Training includes:

Inventory, labor, and cash management.
Customer service and conflict resolution.
Company policies and operational procedures.

Delivery Driver Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license:
At least 2 years of licensed driving experience, or
1 year of licensed driving experience if you are 19 years of age or older (learner's permit time counts toward this requirement).
Must have valid auto insurance, and your name must be listed as an insured driver on the policy.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
